Reading your 24-hour picture
What the Insights screen tells you, and how to use it to plan tomorrow.
The 24-hour picture on the Insights screen shows your whole day as a single bar, with each activity in its own colour.
Accounted for and unallocated
The grey part of the bar is time you haven’t tracked. It’s not a problem, but if it’s bigger than you expected, it’s worth asking where those hours went.
Planning tomorrow
Look at which activity took up the most time today. If it isn’t the one you’d choose, that’s a good place to start tomorrow.
